Paying your bill

Important information

We have upgraded our customer and billing system and started migrating Essential Water accounts. Before making a payment it is important to choose the correct 'Pay my bill' option to ensure payments are applied to the correct account balance.

If your account has been migrated already, you will have the new look bill so choose ‘New-look bill’, otherwise choose the ‘Old-look bill’ option.
